The Entrance to Lowertown Lofts is in the back alley of 255 Kellogg Blvd E. The building is right next to Kelly's Depot Bar and Grill. Call up on the intercom at the door by dailing 004. There is metered parking on Wacouta and Wall Street and a Pay Lot in between them.
