The Entrance to Lowertown Lofts is in the back alley of 255 Kellogg Blvd E. St. Paul MN 55101. Call up on the intercom at the door by dailing 004. You might find metered parking on Wacouta or Wall Street. Otherwise there are numerous paylots along the south side of Kellogg Blvd including at the Union Depot just accross the street.
