Weddings

Wedding pricing starts with an initial package based on the duration of coverage you want. Included with the coverage is an online proofing/print ordering gallery and a DVD of high-resolution images with copyright release.

     The standard package times are as follows:

$1,425 - 6 hours of digital coverage
$1,550 - 7 hours of digital coverage
$1,675 - 8 hours of digital coverage
$1,800 - 9 hours of digital coverage
$1,925 - 10 hours of digital coverage
$2,175 - 12 hours of digital coverage
$1,225 - 4 hours of digital coverage - Fridays/Sundays only

      * Taxes are included in prices *

      * Discounts may apply for off season weddings *

     Also available are the following options:

$125 - Printed Proof Book (9 images per page)
$450 - Add a second photographer for up to 8 hours
$600 - Add a second photographer for up to 10 hours
Exclude the DVD of images with copyright release and deduct $200

     Albums

Remember your special day with a custom designed album. Currently available are coffee table style books, traditional mat albums and flush mount albums from Finao and Graphistudio, all with parent album options.      Engagement Session

An engagement session is a great way to get familiar with the photographer and their style while capturing some casual and relaxed moments as a couple. The images are often used for wedding invites, slideshows at the reception, online photo albums/wedding planners, or just simple memories.

$300 - A one hour in-studio or on-location engagement session that includes an online proofing/print ordering gallery and the high-resolution images on DVD with copyright relase.

     High School Seniors

I approach senior sessions differently than most studios. I charge a flat fee of $375 which includes up to 90 minutes of in-studio or on-location shooting, or both. I'm happy to meet you anywhere around the metro area. Along with the session time, I will turn over the edited photos as high-res images with a copyright release. That means you can have prints made wherever and whenever you want. Not only does that save you considerable money on prints but the digital image files are yours...you can make prints again in 5 years if you choose. You are cetainly welcome to order prints and other product from me but it's not required.

Most studios charge a nominal sitting fee for the session but you are required to order prints and product from them, at a pretty hefty markup usually. Even after your purchase, seldom will the studio then turn over the digital negatives to you. If they offer the option at all, there's usually a large price tag with it.

*    You'll generally get many more images to choose from
*    No limit on outfits or poses
*    Option to order prints at reasonable prices - no packages means you only order prints you want/need
*    No limit on poses when ordering prints - no additional cost for black and white images
*    Free retouching on minor blemishes
*    High-Res images on cd means you essentially have the negatives for life.

     Children

I approach children's sessions similar to the way I approach senior sessions (see above). I charge a $200 flat fee for a 1 hour session and turn over the high res images on cd with copyright release.

Rather than struggle with getting the child to pose against a traditional studio background with props, I like to let them roam free whether it be in-studio or on-location, while I capture the candid moments and natural expressions.

Let the photographer come to you......It's often advantageous to do the session at a familiar setting such as the childs favorite park or the backyard. A comfortable child means better photos!
